Event: Addressing Impunity for Torture and Other Human Rights Violations in India
REDRESS will share the findings of their newly released reports and, alongside expert speakers, highlight urgent reforms to be taken by the Indian State to address torture and other human rights violations, including ratification of the UN Convention Against Torture (UNCAT).
This event will bring together experts, civil society representatives, and international stakeholders to raise awareness of systemic human rights violations in India, particularly the widespread use of torture and the broader culture of impunity.
