Magnitsky Sanctions Submission Template
REDRESS has published a template for Magnitsky sanctions evidence submissions to the UK Government. The template is a guide for NGOs, lawyers, human rights defenders, activists, journalists and academics around the world seeking to have perpetrators designated under the UK’s Global Human Rights Sanctions regime. It is available here.
The template is part of REDRESS’s work on supporting NGO engagement with the UK’s Magnitsky sanctions mechanism. REDRESS provides training, guidance on case building and assistance on evidence submissions for civil society around the world. The work is undertaken as part of a global coalition in partnership with Human Rights First.
